The Eclipse 400-042 (MT-8001) Telephone Test Butt Set with High Impedance Monitor allows for data safe operation in which the user can clip onto a line in 'monitor' mode without disrupting existing traffic. The built-in speaker features three audio levels and includes both tone and pulse modes. Up to 12, 16-digit telephone numbers can be added to speed-dial.
